O’Sullivans by the mill is a huge and hopping pub , club, restaurant & live music venue right next door to the world famous cabaret – the Moulin Rouge.  Its renowned for its wild weekends ( & barstaff) , great live sports coverage and has quickly become one of the hotspots in Paris for locals & visitors alike.

The main bar is open all week from midday until 5am  and serves delicious pub grub every evening until 11h30 pm. All major games & events are shown live midweek with special screenings in the ‘backstage bar’on the cinema screens at weekends & for all international games.

‘Backstage by the mill’  our live music venue is open to the public at weekends for some of the best music mixes in Paris from our resident dj’s.

Backstage presents live music events midweek with TOP TUNE TUESDAYS acoustic sessions ; guest events every Thursday include ROCK MY THURSDAY - American beer pong parties. OUI FM present OUI LOVE BACKSTAGE  parties once a month  showcasing bands  and bringing live music mixes from their DJ's afterwards.

 Some of Irelands finest modern bands have graced the stage here including , The hothouse flowers, a stunning performance from the Walls , Picturehouse , Something Happens ,Maria Doyle Kennedy & Gerry fish & the mudbug club.
